Your Dashboard
After logging in, your dashboard shows all your day-use room bookings and their status.
Viewing Your Bookings
Each booking displays:
- Hotel name and location
- Date and time slot
- Day-use rate and total cost
- Booking status (confirmed, pending, cancelled)
Cancelling a Booking
If your plans change, cancel from your dashboard. Cancellation policies vary by hotel — some allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before your slot.
Rescheduling
To change your time slot or date, cancel the existing booking and submit a new request. This ensures the hotel has accurate availability information.
